Eric Gregg founded Inavero Institute for Service research™, formerly iLoyalty, based on the fundamental principal that marketing research is the foundation of strong strategic marketing for companies of all sizes. He brings an extensive research and analytical background to the firm, accompanied by strong management experience. This blend of skills and experience allows him to guide Inavero Institute™ clients through the design and implementation of quantitative marketing research studies that directly impact the strategic direction of their companies.

Eric received his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.
