Client Service Certification and Service Excellence Awards

Inavero's client feedback system offers the staffing industry's only validated industry benchmark. Each participating branch receives a client service certification by completing the rigorous Inavero client feedback process. Those branches whose clients rate their "willingness to recommend" the branch higher than the industry benchmark receive a "Gold Service Excellence Award," and the select few who beat the industry by more than 25% receive Inavero's highest honor; the "Platinum Service Excellence Award".

CORESTAFF Client Service Results

CORESTAFF Services received feedback from more than 2000 clients across 77 locations as part of the formal review process conducted by Inavero. Each client was asked to provide their assessment of CORESTAFF'S performance in 7 key categories, ranging from the quality of the candidates they receive to the responsiveness of CORESTAFF employees.

CORESTAFF outperformed the industry in 5 of the 7 categories addressed in the study, gaining especially high marks for the relationships they have developed with their clients and the responsiveness of their employees to client needs. Consistent with other Inavero clients and the industry overall, CORESTAFF continues to work to minimize variability in the quality and professionalism of temporary employees they place with clients, addressing these challenges at the individual branch level.
