They conduct surveys and provide customer information data to the staffing industry as a whole; they also provide the same actionable information to individual staffing firm branches, which allows individual offices to compare their client satisfaction ratings against validated industry benchmarks.
  • Why did CORESTAFF Services conduct a survey when industry information is available?
    • We wanted to see how our individual offices compare against the industry to better highlight areas important to our clients and the industry overall.

    • The survey results of individual branches, when rolled up to form national results for CORESTAFF, exceeded industry benchmarks in nearly every category. This means that some individual markets far exceeded the industry, while others may have work to do on service or how clients perceive that service. We are proud of the results, and strive to consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our clients in every aspect of service.
