Net Promoter Survey
We provide several Net Promoter based survey options. Our primary Net Promoter survey is a simple 3 question survey that can be utilized to gauge the satisfaction level of any key business stakeholder. This may be a client, employee, or even non-profit donors. This Net Promoter survey consists of the Net Promoter® question that is used to calculate an overall Net Promoter Score and two additional open-ended questions.
Net Promoter Drivers Survey
Our Net Promoter Drivers Survey dives deeper into the underlying reasons why your clients are either satisfied or un-satisfied. This survey typically has 5-8 questions that help you understand which satisfaction drivers you need to focus on.
