Inavero officially became ClearlyRated®

Saying goodbye is difficult, especially to a brand as loved as Inavero. Since 2007 the Inavero (now formally known as ClearlyRated) team has worked relentlessly to help business service providers place the client experience at the heart of their growth strategy.

But there’s just one problem. “Inavero” is difficult to say. And it’s difficult to spell. And if it’s difficult to say and difficult to spell, then it’s probably difficult to remember (okay so maybe 3 problems).

We’ve seen this come up over and over again throughout the years. Here are a few examples of the different ways we’ve heard “Inavero” pronounced by our friends, colleagues, clients, and followers (and grandparents):

  • in-uh-vare-ah
  • in-uh-veer-oh
  • eye-nah-vare-oh
  • in-uh-varr-oh
  • in-ae-vrr-oh

You get the point.

In the spirit of new beginnings (it’s the “New Year” after all), we are excited to announce that Inavero has officially become ClearlyRated!

What’s “ClearlyRated”?

Well, first of all, it’s easier to say. And spell. And remember. 🙂

But more importantly, the name “ClearlyRated” speaks directly to the work that we do day-in and day-out here at Inavero (err… ClearlyRated) HQ.

There are a LOT of digital survey providers out there, and plenty more online directories where clients (and strangers) can leave ratings about your firm. Don’t even get us started on the plethora of pay-to-play award programs and “magic” quadrants that feel like just that – “magic”.

The truth is, we’re not really interested in trying to compete with the Yelps, Survey Monkeys, and Baker’s Dozens of the world. We are interested in working with professional service firms who are ready to prioritize the client experience – and share the true nature of that experience as credibly as possible with their prospective buyers.

In short: ClearlyRated isn’t into the “abra kadabra” side of reputation building and award recognition (though don’t tell the Harry Potter fans who work with us that). We’re about helping service companies grow through transparency. It’s challenging, rewarding work – and we take great joy in living that vision every day with each other, with our partners, and with our clients.
